Jeremy Pease
Co-founder and CTO

Jeremy has been involved with Res Life at Pace University as a Desk Attendant, a Resident Advisor, a Senior Resident Advisor, and a Theme Floor Resident Advisor. Throughout his experience he saw the need for better technology in Student Affairs. Luckily, studying Computer Science at Pace, Jeremy had some experience with technology. He has created multiple websites and applications for both individuals and companies, and he managed a team of student developers for Pace. Jeremy likes to learn about all different kinds of technologies and programming languages, but he really loves web based applications. Aside from planning/creating/maintaining/supporting Reslutions' technology, Jeremy is always working on other code intensive side projects (anything from compilers, to data-visualization, to iOs apps, and Arduinos). But, he isn't a geek all the time, he also rides motorcycles, tap dances, and is a long distance runner.

Robert Caucci
Co-founder and CEO

While in school at Pace University, Rob worked for a number of years in the Housing and Residential Life Department, and it was this experience that made him want to apply his passions for technology and problem solving to the awesome world of Student Affairs. Outside of Student Affairs, Rob spent some time in corporate America at a top-tier management consulting firm, and he has also worked with the Business Solutions and Information Systems department at The Dannon Company (the people that make all of that yummy yogurt!). As a Lean Practitioner and someone who thinks strategic innovation is the coolest thing since sliced bread, Rob has also spent his fair share of time working hard to help other entrepreneurs create value with their own awesome ideas. Rob co-founded Reslutions with the goal of solving many of the problems that he observed and experienced while working in Residence Life. As Chief Executive Officer, Rob is largely responsible for establishing and managing relationships with all stakeholders, and making sure that the organization is effectively executing on strategies pursuant to Reslutions’ vision. Rob is a huge supporter and active member of New York City’s thriving tech and startup communities, Silicon Alley, and his respective teams have taken 1st place in both NYC Startup Weekend and NYC Lean Startup Machine events.
